Yes,you go into these churches and you are immediately assigned a "wife" ,hooked up to procreate... any church boy will tell you this. To fit in,you are to be the good christian or baptist and fed this line of how husband and wife shall lead...it is so "Manson" like...once I wanted some spiritural upliftment. Not only was I fed the line...I was assigned some big eyed girl (she was pretty) to start my new journey of being a real man...I did voice my doubts several times to my pretend pastor who informed me that if I were of the faith more,I would feel gods plan and deny myself my true desires for the good of mankind. Then he closed the door and unzipped his fly and told me he could help me. I ain't been back to this DC church since.
Its all up to speculation and how you choose to view it. You can view it as people are born with a certain sexuality and discover what it is later on in life regardless of what circumstances occur. Then you can look at it as a mind thing. You dont know what your sexual orientation is. and you let society mold you into what you become. Or you can choose to be whatever you want to be and disregard whatever people or circumstances come your way.
I think the outcomes you mentioned would have a lot to do with the past environements and to what degree the individuals mental strength was and how it developed. I'm glad I was blessed with a strong intellectual mind growing up in rough Chicago. That environement will eat you alive. It's eating my people as we speak. Had I not been able to establish, at a young age, a voice to listen to; weather it in my head or that of an wise adult; I knew that I had to connect with the source in as many ways as possible or else I was just as dommed. Those who aren't as fortune, things are harder, decisions aren't as clear. It is important for me to help people who are at this crossroad as genuinelt as I can. HB

Yes they are. I stopped going to church when I noticed how may gay pastors there were preaching against themselves.
